THE annual Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta (October 4-12) is the largest gathering of balloons and balloonists in the world. 

Held across more than 100 acres in Balloon Fiesta Park, Albuquerque, New Mexico, visitors can enjoy balloon rides, fireworks displays and music, as well as traditional New Mexican food.
