CHESTER has its own elf – ChELFie
– to guide festive shoppers around the city’s historic streets and give prizes to
people who spot him in shop windows.
The Chester Christmas market
in the town hall and library squares will have a family-friendly activity area
to entertain children while parents go shopping at the stalls.
