THE #Komodo Festival 2017 is scheduled to take place for one whole month from February 4 to March 4, centered at Labuan Bajo, in the West Manggarai Regency, East Nusatenggara Province.

Highlights include the Komodo parade, a photography competition, beach volley, boat rowing competitions, a beauty pageant, workshops, handicrafts exhibition, art and music performances and the opportunity for you to explore the spellbinding beauty of Labuan Bajo and the islands in the Komodo National Park. 

It takes around 3 hours by boat to reach Rinca and Komodo islands from Labuan Bajo.

Direct flights from Jakarta to Komodo

YOU can now fly direct to Labuan Bajo, entry port to the #Komodo National Park from Jakarta without having to transit Bali.

Garuda #Indonesia has started operating direct flights to Labuan Bajo’s Komodo Airport on Flores island from Soekarno-Hatta international airport six times weekly, the airline now serves the route daily except Saturdays.
