THE Rummer Hotel in Bristol will be holding a Gin Distilling Dinner, to celebrate New Years Eve where guests will be invited to choose botanicals at the start of the meal, and witness the new still being loaded up and started while enjoying a gin and tonic.
The regularly changing dining projects run by The Rummer's kitchens have provided numerous memorable dishes, which have been crafted into a seven course tasting menu to celebrate the New Year.
At the end of the meal guests will venture back to the micro distillery to sample their bespoke craft gin, and bottle some up to take home.
