LEGOLAND switches on to solar

LEGOLAND Florida, near Orlando, is taking advantage of the state’s year-round sunshine by running its Imagination Zone entirely on renewable energy.

To mark the initiative, a giant LEGO globe has been made using more than a quarter of a million bricks. It illustrates the effects of solar power.
