In 2015, it sold 65 residential units including detached villas, apartments, and plots. Developments are in keeping with the architectural style of the wider resort, which won Spain's Leading Villa Resort accolade at the 2015 World Travel Awards.
This year will see the development of 56 apartments and 36 detached villas. Buyers can choose two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments and villas.
The resort has tennis courts, nature trails, a falconry school, and an ocean-front beach club.
