THE V&A, London will be opening an exhibition on January 14 - April 2, 2017 exploring the life of John Lockwood Kipling, C.I.E, who was an English art teacher, illustrator, and museum curator who spent most of his career in British India, he was also the father of the author Rudyard Kipling.
The exhibition will focus on Kipling's biography as writer, artist, teacher and conservationist directly associated with the origin and history of the V&A and the objects in its collections. The exhibition marks the 70th anniversary of the founding of Modern India and Pakistan.
