Lanzhou City on the big screen


A video exhibiting the charming culture of Lanzhou City will be broadcast on the mega screen of the "Crossroads of the World" -- New York Times Square. The video is produced by the News Office of Lanzhou City Government, and is titled "Golden Lanzhou, the City of the Yellow River". 

#LanzhouCity is proud to share the city's image and culture with the world at this very special time, when the People's Republic of China celebrates its 70th anniversary and embarks on its path to pursue new achievements and communicate more with the world for peace and hope. Following its nation's footsteps, Lanzhou City is trying its best to protect Oriental culture as well as develop itself.

New global campaign to boost inbound tourism

NATIONAL tourism agency VisitBritain is this week launching a new global campaign for 2018 to boost inbound tourism to Britain. The campaign ‘I Travel For…’ uses short films and story-telling to shine the spotlight on unexpected experiences and less-explored destinations in #Britain, alongside its globally renowned and iconic landmarks and attractions. The campaign aligns the passions that motivate people to #travel with experiences that can only be had in Britain, inspiring overseas visitors to book a trip right now.

Welcome to the Whitsundays

THE Whitsundays will feature in a massive online marketing campaign as part of an ongoing partnership with Expedia and Wotif. 

The region’s marketing and visitor attraction agency, Tourism Whitsundays, is partnering with Expedia Media Solutions on a 12-month campaign occurring across Wotif.com and Expedia.com.au to drive awareness and sales to the Whitsundays. 

The Expedia group will promote the Whitsundays through a branded landing page on its website, as well as social media, blogs, e-newsletters and display adverts. Tourism Whitsundays will do the same and Whitsunday tourism operators are being encouraged to provide attractive deals and offers as part of the campaign.

100% Pure New Zealand

A diverse range of regional New Zealand experiences are showcased in Tourism New Zealand’s new global 100% Pure New Zealand campaign – ‘where one journey leads to another’.

The new campaign launches this week and will run for the next two years using sophisticated digital marketing to find and convert people ‘dreaming’ about a #NewZealand holiday, into booking a #holiday.

It is also the first piece of activity to be delivered from Tourism New Zealand’s new four year strategy that targets greater dispersal of visitors into more of New Zealand’s regions. The campaign also encourages off peak travel through supporting airline or travel agency partnerships.
