Year of growth for Irish tourism

IRELAND recorded an 8.6 percent year-on-year increase in overseas tourist numbers in the January-November period of 2014.

With a total of more than seven million foreign tourist visits, numbers from the UK were up by eight percent, and those from North America rose by 14.9 percent.
