Cornwall hotel expands into self-catering

BUDOCK VEAN HOTEL on the Helford River in Cornwall has gone into the self-catering business with the opening of two privately-owned, three-bedroom luxury holiday homes. 

Owners and guests get full use of the hotel's swimming pool, golf course, and tennis courts.

                         

Two more Budock Vean houses will be completed by the spring, and plans for other small clusters are in the development stages. 

The houses are sold on a managed-lease basis – maintained, managed, and let by the Budock Vean team, guaranteeing a regular income when owners are not staying in them.
