Fishy business in the Algarve

THE #Algarve has lined up events to tickle the taste buds this year.

Fresh and local is key when it comes to the Algarve's sea food. Tavira’s sea food
festival sees the town’s restaurants – plus guest chefs – offering special menus.

Later in the summer, the sea food festival in Olhão (August 10-15) is one of the biggest #gastronomy events in the region, with cooking demonstrations and live music every night.

Also in August, Portimão celebrates the sardine. There will be cooking demonstrations, the best of Portuguese wines, entertainment, craft stalls, and a daily parade through the town.
