An app for the lake

THOMSON LAKES has created the Explore #LakeGarda app, allowing users to take a virtual tour of Riva, Limone, Malcesine, Garda Town, and Bardolino around Italy's Lake Garda.

Each resort has an interactive 3D map enabling users to navigate their way through the towns, exploring points of interest and finding recommended walks and must-visit restaurants.

Gemma Brown, Thomson Lakes destination manager in #Italy, said: ‘With so many winding side streets and natural beauty all around Italy, it's all too easy to miss the hidden attractions offered within each resort. Our application allows users to discover the regions and explore the towns, all using the existing platform of Google Streetview.’
