REVENUE from tourism in Southern #Cyprus in July was up by 6.5% year-on-year to €342.1 million (£255.3 million), but for the January to July period it was down by 2.4% to below €1.1 billion (£821.2 million), according to the government’s statistics office.
The number of incoming tourists in July rose by 8.5% to 414,527, while the total for the first seven months of the year increased by 6.5% to more than 1.45 million.
