SOME of Western Australia’s islands and coastlines will be showcased to national and international audiences in a television series supported by the state government through ScreenWest.
Culture and Arts Minister John Day has toured Rottnest Island with the WA production team and met British actor Martin Clunes, who will host the ‘Islands of Oz’ series,
‘While Rottnest is a popular local institution, many West Australians might not have explored Carnac Island and the Abrolhos Islands,’ says Mr Day. ‘Now all of these will have international exposure.’
The series will feature 12 islands around #Australia.
