PROFESSIONAL chefs from around the world will be showing what they can do at the Malta International Food Festival (May 29-30).
It’s being held at the Mdina Ditch, where there will be freshly-prepared American, Asian, Italian, Spanish, Arabic, and Maltese dishes and cooking demonstrations.
Entrance is free of charge.
The Mdina ditch has been transformed into a fully accessible public garden.
The Mdina ditch separates the Silent City from Rabat and was previously inaccessible except for sections which were used as a sports pitch and for parking.
