Crack down on air rage, says IATA

THE International Air Transport Association (IATA) is calling on governments to get tough on air rage offences. It wants them to ratify changes to the 1963 Tokyo Convention which provides the legal framework for dealing with passengers whose unruly or disruptive behaviour leads to physical assault or poses a threat to the safety of a flight.
