Ryanair, Easyjet, Flybe fail in customer service poll

RYANAIR, EASYJET, AND FLYBE have come near the bottom of a table of 100 top brands ranked for their customer service. The airlines fared poorly in the UK poll commissioned by consumer association, Which?.

The survey of 3,500 consumers ranked Ryanair in joint 95th position alongside Vodafone, with a customer service score of 66%.

EasyJet and Flybe were joint 89th place with a score of 69%.

First Choice was in 51st position alongside the likes of Asda, Morrisons, and Ikea, scoring 74%. Sister Tui Group operator Thomson and rival Thomas Cook fared marginally better in joint 35th place with Tesco, Boots, Game Retail, Wickes, and HSBC with a score of 76%.

British Airways was the top-ranked travel business, in 27th position.
