THE Cayman Islands’ annual Pirates Week runs from November 6 to
November 16.
It starts with a steel pan competition and
kick-off party, with the Friday night featuring a fireworks display, the
crowning of the Festival Queen and the opening night Street Dance and Food
Festival. That’s followed – among other events – by a mock pirate invasion.
