Easter at Hever

RUNNING at Hever Castle..... from April 5 to April 21, children and their parents can enjoy some magical family moments as they hop through Hever Castle gardens on a mouth-watering Easter adventure. Young visitors can make an Easter bonnet at the daily craft workshops, then parade their creation in an Easter bonnet competition taking place at each day. Archery displays from The Fraternity of St George, dating back to 1509, will be held on the weekend of April 12h – 13.

Step into the award-winning gardens where drifts of daffodils and spring bulbs carpet the ground and riverbanks. Hire a rowing boat from the Edwardian boathouse (weekends & school holidays, weather permitting), or stride out on the one hour long Hever Lake Walk to look for signs of new life among the many species of birds and water fowl that nest here.
